| In vitro(體外研究) | Nicarbazin increases activity of lipoprotein lipase. It can act as a carrier ionophore, worsen oxidative stress and increase colony stimulating factors which may have affect on long term adverse reactions of drug. |
| In vivo(體內(nèi)研究) | Nicarbazin is an effective and wide spread recognized substance for controlling the protozoal diseases with low number of short term adverse reactions. It can negatively affect reproduction by reducing egg production, egg weight, and egg hatchability. |
